Really nice place! The food is excellent! Service is excellent as well. No wait time. Very fast service. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area. We will be back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I enjoyed the most wonderful date night at Greek Islands Restaurant on Largo Road, and we felt compelled to share our experience. This 40-year family-owned gem deserves to shine. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly and treated like valued guests. You can truly feel the pride and heart that goes into running a long-standing family business. We both ordered the chicken souvlaki dinners, and they were absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, the portions were generous, and every bite tasted fresh and authentic. It’s clear that they care about quality and consistency. It honestly saddens me to hear that recent reviews have been discouraging for the owners. Small family restaurants are the backbone of a community, and this one absolutely deserves support. Our experience was nothing short of lovely — great food, comfortable atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. We will absolutely be back and encourage others to give them a visit. Sometimes the best places are the ones that have been quietly doing things right for decades. Thank you for a beautiful evening!

My husband and I are in town for a seminar and found this place for lunch. We love Greek food and this place knocks it out of the park!!! The Greek salad…the dressing is AMAZING!! The grape leaves had this beautiful cream sauce.. DELISH!! When we are in town next year, we will for return for sure!

We almost missed out on this gem because of a picky negative review, and that would have been a huge mistake. Greek Islands Restaurant is exactly what you hope for when you want authentic, local Greek food. The chicken souvlaki dinner was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell the food isn’t rushed or mass-produced, it's home-style cooking made with care. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with classic Greek music playing in the background that gives it that old authentic vibe. It truly a familyrun “mom and pop” spot where the cooking comes from the heart. If you’re debating because of one overly critical review, ignore it. This place delivers on flavor, hospitality, and genuine Greek charm. We’re glad we gave it a chance and we’ll definitely be back. Also dog friendly!

We love this Greek restaurant. Never have to wait for a table. Conveniently located on Clearwater/Largo Rd. Family run, they work together to give the customers service and terrific fresh food. We had the spinach pie and souvlaki sandwich, I was able to customize mine, (no onions) easily. Our server was happy to see us and genuinely appreciate their customers. We will be back.

We had an incredible experience at this family owned restaurant. From the amazing hospitality to the delicious food to the cute interior, our large group really had a blast. We tried vegetarian options, seafood, and meat and all were yummy. Prices are also reasonable. Highly recommend this spot to all.

Been there twice now, both times no wait for a table, super friendly servers, no rush to order, take time to answer any questions about menu items, quick delivery of food, hot and fresh food, large portions, absolutely delicious!!! Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend this “off the beaten path” gem!

Wonderful food, came to try it while in town from TN, highly recommend if you want an authentic gyro. Cozy little spot. The service was amazing, accomdating, and Nicole was wonderful! Will definitely be coming back everytime we are in town!
